Fairground Facility Rentals/Rates

The Coos County Fairgrounds has several facilities that are available for the pubic and organizations to use and enjoy. They are commonly used for weddings, fund raisers, funerals, memorials, and horse shows. We can accommodate just about any type of gathering. Event hosts are responsible for collecting signed waivers from all attendees.  Signed waivers must be submitted to the Fair Office immediately after the event.

Oaks Pavilion

The Oaks Pavilion is available for events year-round. It is often used for weddings, fund raisers, proms, memorials and birthday parties. The building has a full kitchen that you can also rent. Forced air heating keeps the building comfortable even in the winter.
